Marjorie Pennells Born 1930

Marjorie S M Pennells was born in October 1930 in Newport, Glamorganshire, Wales. She was the daughter of John Kenry Pennells and Hilda May Pennells (Nee Prothero) Her father, John, was 23 when she was born and her mother, Hilda, was 20. She qualified as a nurse in the 1940s. She married Dennis Melvin Burgum in January 1951 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire and the couple had one son.
