Rosemary Arter 1930-2002

Rosemary Arter was born in Ashford Kent on the 28th October 1930. She was the eldest of the two daughters of Wallace Edward Arter and Gwendolene Florence Arter (Nee Fuggle). On the 1939 Register the family lived at a house called Gorewell in Chilham Kent. Rosemary’s parents both gave their occupations as journalists and Wallace was also listed as an ARP Warden.  Rosemary didn’t marry and died in Asford Kent in October 2002 age 72.
